From September 20 to 22, Federica Busa, Assistant Secretary-general of BIE and communication expert, met with the "Communication and Promotion" team of World Expo 2010 Shanghai.

Over the course of three days Busa discussed a detailed communication and promotion plan for World Expo 2010 with the team. At the same time, she exchanged opinions with principals of Public Relations Department, International Participation Department, Market Development Department, Activity Department, Human Resources Department and Operation Department. Busa praised and recognized the preparations for World Expo 2010 Shanghai, and considered there was a good strategic framework for the overall communication and promotion plan for World Expo 2010.
