No. 1 in Asia, No. 2 in the World

Die & Mold China 2006, hosted by Shanghai International Exhibition Company Limited, was held in Shanghai New International Exhibition Center from May 8 through May 12 2006. This is a grand event for the industrial manufacturers and visitors both at home and abroad.

Shanghai International Exhibition Company Limited, a specialized exhibition company with 20 years’history and influential fame, has been involved in die and mould field since 1986. The bi-annual event has increased its venue space from 3,000 square meters in the first event to 35,000 square meters last year, reaching 60,000 square meters this year. It has become a No. 1 specialized die and mould exhibition in Asia and No 2 in the world (No. 1 is EUROMOLD annually held in German Frankfurt), attracting leading brand industrial manufacturers from both home and abroad.

In order to highlight the brands on display, Shanghai International Exhibition Company Limited has adopted a packaging promotion method, making united emblem, theme color, and commercia l clips in both English and Chinese to decorate the whole exhibition venue. Great efforts have been made to make this bi-annual event into an internationally first class brand.

In 1996, China Die & Mould Exhibition participated in UFI, the first one in Shanghai. It is also a“proprietary brand”owned by Shanghai. China Die & Mould Exhibition is well known among Mould Associations in the world, which have listed this bi-annual event in their participation agenda.

This event has seen 60,000 square meters venue, the first of its kind ever, attracting nearly 1200 manufacturers from home and 16 other countries and regions like Britain, Japan, South Korea, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and France.

A lot of famous transnational enterprises have presented their state of arts products and technologies. Two machines from Japan Makino and Swiss Charmilles machine are displayed for the first time.
