On February 26, BIE secretary general Mr. V.G. Loscertales surveyed Pujiang Shibo Garden, accompanied by Mr. Zhou Hanming and Bai Wenhua, deputy directors of the World Expo Bureau.

The group first came to the exhibition center located at No. 4 Pujiang Shibo Garden, where construction and house models of Pujiang Shibo Garden Project were on display. The secretary general pointed out that the relocation of the Shanghai World Expo was an unprecedented project, and further expressed his satisfaction when informed that the relocation and construction work had taken into full account the benefits of all aspects, while fully in accord with the urban reform in Shanghai.
