On April 15, Shanghai Guosheng Group submitted to the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination the letter of participation confirmation, declaring that it would build a joint corporate pavilion with other Shanghai-based enterprises at World Expo 2010. It is the tenth principal enterprise to have confirmed to build a joint corporate pavilion following SAIC-GM, China Mobile, Vanke Group, State Grid, China Aerospace, PICC, Railway China, China Aviation and China Energy.

The organization and construction work of Shanghai-based joint corporate pavilion will be mainly managed by Shanghai Guosheng Group under the coordination of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shanghai Municipal Government. The joint corporate pavilion will be built in tune with the theme of Expo Shanghai to fully display the elegant demeanor of Shanghai-based enterprises through various lively representation means. Currently, the various items of preparation work for the pavilion is under way.
