Submission of Expo Shanghai volunteer logo and slogan ends by 6:00 pm on April 30. During the collection period of 147 days, the collection office has received a total of 15,717 entries, among which 6,982 entries valid for the volunteer logo and 8,156 entries valid for the volunteer slogan. Entries were submitted from various provinces, cities, municipality directly under the Central Government and Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, as well as overseas countries such as Britain, Italy, Japan, Singapore, France, Ireland and Mauritius. The collection office will choose nominated volunteer logo and slogan which reflects theme of "Better City, Better Life" and volunteer spirit of "devotion, friendliness, mutual aid and progress" through the public appraisal according to related procedures.
