PICC Property and Casualty Co Ltd has confirmed to set up a corporate
pavilion in Shanghai World Expo 2010.
The PICC P&C, the largest non-life insurer in China, has become global
partner of the event in December.
It is the sixth corporate pavilion confirmed for Expo.
State Grid - the world's biggest public utility company -- China Mobile,
Vanke -- China's biggest listed real-estate developer, a joint venture of
Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation Group and General Motors, and China
Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation are the other five confirmed to
build corporate pavilions.
Shanghai Expo will have 16 corporate pavilions, among which nine will be
built by domestic companies.
The company, also a global partner of the Beijing Olympics 2008, will provide
high-quality services and strong support for the Expo by using its rich
experience in big events.
