A delegation led by Rita Fuhrer, economic minister of Zurich, Switzerland, yesterday exchanged views on Zurich's participation in the Urban Best Practices Area with Bai Wenhua, chairman of Shanghai World Expo Land Holding Co, Ltd.

Bai said Zurich is "the most livable city in the world," and Shanghai can learn from it in terms of its urban development. Bai said he looked forward to the exhibition called "Better Water–Best Urban Life" which will be presented jointly by Basel, Geneva and Zurich in the UBPA section.

Fuhrer expressed hope that the 2010 Expo would help Swiss people learn more about China.
