Guangdong Province has invited experts from various fields to help its preparations for World Expo 2010 Shanghai.

The experts on history, advertising, urban planning and marketing include researchers from Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences, consultants from companies in the province and local university academics.

Chen Wenjie, deputy director of the Shanghai World Expo working team and Chairman of Guangdong Council for the Promotion of International Trade, granted certifications to the experts during a ceremony on Wednesday.

Chen said Guangdong has the duty to contribute to the Shanghai World Expo and promised to make the province's preparation works perfect.
