Letizia Moratti, mayor of Milan, Italy, says her city looks forward to cooperating with Shanghai in Expo-related affairs as host of the 2015 Expo.

Moratti and Shanghai Executive Vice Mayor Yang Xiong exchanged views on Milan's participation at the Urban Best Practice Area last Friday while on the sidelines at Zaragoza Expo in Spain.

Yang expressed appreciation for Milan's efforts and achievements for its exhibition as well as the Italian Government's support for Shanghai Expo.

Yang promised the Shanghai Municipal Government would facilitate talks on cooperation with Milan.

Milan's project in the UBPA exhibition involves the creation of an environmental and ecological network in urban lives.
