The following documents are required for the case master plan preparation:

1.A statement of specific topic, relevant exhibition dimensions, and ways of display for the participating cases in written form (physical and non-physical case). Physical case should provide the gross construction budget.

2.A conceptual introduction of case master plan

1)To describe the concept of the master plan in written form

2)To describe the preliminary design plan for exhibition in sketch form

3.A master plan in PowerPoint format

All the required documents listed above shall be submitted in electronic document to the organizer of Shanghai World Expo by January 31st, 2008. The submitted materials should be in written form either in English or in French.

Note: Physical Cases will be exhibited in the Simulated City Block in the northern part of the UBPA. Non-Physical Cases will be exhibited in the Serial Pavilions.
