Paris has submitted its case for selection in the Urban Best Practices Area to exhibit its successful experiences during urbanization.

Zhou Hanmin, deputy director general of the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination, on Monday met a Paris UBPA delegation in the "City of Lights" and talked about the details of the proposal.

The Shanghai Expo delegation also toured the city. The delegation also visited public gardens and the unmanned Metro Line 14.

Zhou also met with France's commissioner general Alain Vautier and talked about preparations for the France Pavilion at Expo 2010.
