Zhu Yonglei, deputy director of the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination, yesterday speaks on the Internet and Expo 2010 at a Guangzhou Media Forum.

The forum was organised by the committee of the 16th Asian Games and Jinan University.

Zhu introduced the updates of the Expo's preparation, including the site construction, the participation, the theme development and the promotion and marketing.

He also take one of the Expo innovations - Online Expo - as an example to talk about how a big event show take the advantage of the new media Internet to increase its influence.

The forum has attracted about 300 experts, media persons and students. It is also the first Media forum especially for the 16th Asian Games
