 Shanghai World Expo Land Reserve Center (Shanghai World Expo Land Holding Corporation) Job description (I)

The soon-to-be-established Shanghai World Expo Land Reserve Center (Shanghai World Expo Land Holding Corporation) will take full responsibility for land acquisition, reserves and operation and management within the control of World Expo. To respond to these challenges, the Center (company) will publicly recruit various mid-to-high level managerial staff. The following personnel are currently sought:

I. Finance Accounting Director

Age 35-50

A Master's degree holder or higher in finance or accounting from a renowned Chinese or overseas academic institution;

Senior job title or CPA;

More than 5 years of comprehensive financial management experience in a large Chinese or overseas group or renowned financial organization including at least three years of work experience in a position of departmental manager or higher.

Familiar with (group) company's financial management processes and capable of analysis and monitoring of group's financial systems and operation;

Extensive experience in fund planning management and fund operation; proficient and competent in at least one foreign language.

II. Planning Director

Under the age of 45;

Master's degree or higher in urban planning, architectural design or other relevant field in a renowned Chinese or overseas academic institution.

Intermediate and/or above job title in planning

More than five years comprehensive management experience in a Government planning department, large development area or regional infrastructure construction including at least three years of work experience as a supervisor;

Extensive practical experience in managing planning and design of large projects, full of original ideas and possessing good cooperative ties with Chinese or overseas renowned design institutions.

Proficient and competent in at least one foreign language.

III. Administration Director

Under the age of 45;

Bachelor's degree or higher in management or economics.

Intermediate and/or above job title.

Extensive administrative management and Party affairs working experience in a Government office or enterprise or at least five years of work experience in an equivalent position.

Extensive social relationships, outstanding social and interpersonal skills and excellent organization, coordination, management and problem-solving skills. Good at dealing with contingencies and maintaining excellent relations with media, government departments etc.

IV. Administrative Management Department General Manager

Under the age of 45;

Bachelor's degree or higher;

Intermediate and/or above job title.

More than eight years of management experience in a large-to-middle enterprise, including at least five years of work experience as a department manager or above.

Familiar with modern enterprise management systems. Able to organize and establish the whole management system and each regulatory system in the company's administrative and general affairs to ensure the company's normal operation.

Relatively strong organizational and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility, spirit of professionalism and excellent team spirit.

V. Administrative Management Department Vice General Manager

Under the age of 40;

Bachelor's degree or higher;

Intermediate and/or above job title.

More than five years of supervisory work experience in a large-to-middle enterprise, including at least three years of work experience as a department manager or above.

Familiar with group (enterprise)'s administrative, general affairs and other aspect's supervisory work and assist department general manager to manage the department.

Relatively strong organizational and coordination skills and writing ability and high sense of responsibility and excellent team spirit.

VI. Administrative Management Department Senior Management Supervisor

Under the age of 35;

Bachelor's degree or higher;

More than five years of administrative and general affairs supervisory work experience in a large-to-medium size enterprise or foreign-owned enterprise;

Outstanding writing skills and organizational and coordination skills;

VII. Developmental Research Center Executive Management Supervisor Developmental Research

Under the age of 40;

Master's degree or higher in economics, preference will be given to candidates with overseas study experience;

More than three years of work experience as a senior researcher in a Government related functional department background or in a large Chinese or overseas consulting institution or group.

Quick thinking, subtle insight, strong analysis, deductive and judgment ability and excellent writing ability. Fully responsible for the company's strategic planning and mid and long-term development planning and research work, responsible for everyday communication and coordination with consulting institutions.

VIII. Planning Financial Department General Manager

Under the age of 40;

Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or other relevant field from a renowned Chinese or overseas academic institution.

Accountant and/or above job title or CPA;

More than five years of financial management work experience in a large group or foreign owned enterprise, including at least three years of comprehensive management work experience in a finance department.

Proficient in national and local finance taxation and other laws and regulations, and maintain excellent relations with banks, tax affairs and public accounting firms;

Upright and honest, strong sense of professional responsibility, good at dealing with and coordinating the relationships between different departments and good organization and leadership and team spirit.
