construction or at least three years of equivalent work experience;
Familiar with land management policy and land construction
specification; ability to independently organize and formulate overall plans for
land use and land use planning skill for major projects; and well-developed
creative skills.

overall charge of the duties of the Planning Management Department. Extensive
experience in land use planning for major projects.

Under the age of 40;
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in planning;
Intermediate and/or
above job title.
More than five years of planning and design work
experience in a Government planning department or Chinese or overseas renowned
design institution or real estate company. Extensive professional knowledge and
capable of independently establishing land use planning for major projects.
Upright, hardworking, careful, high sense of responsibility and team
spirit.
XIII. (Municipal Administration) Engineering Management
Department General Manager
Under the age of 45;
Bachelor's
degree (or higher) majoring in industrial and civil engineering or road and
bridge engineering from a renowned Chinese or overseas academic institution.
Preference will be given to candidates who have a senior engineer job
title.
More than eight years of management experience in large-scale
projects including at least five years of engineering management work experience
in a large-sized real estate company as a department manager or above.
Well-developed profession skills and capable of simultaneously managing
a number of large projects.
Upright, honest and earnest with a strong
sense of responsibility, excellent management, communication and coordination
skills and outstanding problem-solving abilities.
XIV. (Town Planning)
Engineering Management Department Deputy General Manager
Under the age
of 40;
Bachelor's degree (or higher) majoring in industrial and civil
engineering or road and bridge engineering in a renowned Chinese or overseas
academic institution.
Intermediate and/or above engineering job title;
Engineering management work experience in dependently managing large
projects including at least three years of work experience in an engineering
management department of a large real estate company or equivalent.
Familiar with all the basic working processes and operations of real
estate development. Extensive professional knowledge, strong on-site
construction supervisory abilities and organization, coordination and
problem-solving skills.
XV. (Town Planning) Engineering Management
Department Senior Project Manager
Under the age of 40;
Bachelor's degree (or higher) majoring in industrial and civil
engineering or road and bridge engineering;
Intermediate and/or above
job title and holding a project manager certificate.
More than five
years of project site construction and supervisory work experience, good at
project implementation and organizational management, experience in direct
management of a team completing major projects and very strong sense of
responsibility.

XVI. Relocation Management Department General Manager
Under the
age of 45;
Junior college or higher education;
More than five
years high level supervisory work experience in a Government relocation
management and other relevant departments or a professional relocation company.
Familiar with land reserve policies, extensive practical experience in
the organization and implementation of large-project relocation management,
ability to independently organize and implement a number of large-scale
relocation projects;
Excellent organization, coordination, management
and problem-solving abilities and outstanding social and interpersonal skills,
maintain excellent relations with government departments, and strong
responsibility of organizational principles.
