Bureau of Shanghai World Expo
Coordination is a combined coordinating body that is responsible for preparation
and organization of Expo 2010 Shanghai. The World Expo Bureau has temporarily
established 8 functional departments including office, liaison department, PR
department, market development department, construction and coordination
department, HR plan department, planning accounting department and legal affairs
department. After analysis, the Bureau decided to publicly recruit some working
personnel from both home and abroad.
I. Recruitment Requirements 1. outstanding moral character,
dedication and professionalism, in good health, well-organized, strong
management and coordination abilities, and have a pioneering spirit. 2.
Generally, undergraduate or higher, around 40 years old and have related
specialized knowledge and working experience. 3. Job specification in detail

- Engineering construction experience in a Chinese/overseas large
exhibition company.
- Fluent in a foreign language in listening, speaking, reading and
writing.

- Under the age of 40, bachelor's degree or higher, Master's degree or
higher is preferable.
- 5 years working experience in fund management and engineering
construction.
- Familiar with fund services, have over 5 years of working experience
in large-scale fund management.
- Relatively strong coordination skills. Proficient in listening,
speaking, reading and writing English and computer applications.

- Under the age of 40, Master's degree or higher, 7 years working
experience in law, overseas working experience or study.
- Legal services experience in an international large exhibition
company.
- Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.

- Under the age of 40, Master's degree or higher, over 5 years of work
experience in law.
- Possession of professional legal qualification or enterprise legal
counsel qualification.
- Legal services experience in large international exhibitions is
preferable.
- Engineering construction experience in domestic/overseas large
exhibitions is preferable.
- Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.

II. Recruitment Procedure
Applicants provide relevant materials in
written form including CV and related certificates and other supporting
documents.
The academic and management level of candidates will be
assessed according to the findings of public and specialized institutions. The
HR department will investigate applicant’s political backgrounds and
organizational abilities and will make a preliminary selection of qualified
candidates.
The preliminary selected candidates will be interviewed and
confirmation will follow as to who is to be appointed. The final appointments
will be decided by the World Expo Bureau.
