  • Over 5 years work experience in a multinational or large domestic company.
  • Relatively strong planning ability and team spirit.
  • Market development experience in large domestic/overseas exhibitions and attracting business projects.
  • Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.
11 Project Management Intermediate
  • Undergraduate or above, over 3 years of related work experience.
  • Familiar with international and domestic project development.
  • Related work experience in a multinational company or large domestic group.
  • Strong team spirit.
  • Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.
12,13 Executive Translator Executive
  • Under the age of 40, Master's degree or higher, over 5 years of work experience.
  • Proficient in English and French.
  • Extensive experience in interpretation and translation.
  • Translation experience in a large domestic/overseas exhibition company is preferable.
14 PR Executive
  • Under the age of 40, bachelor's degree or higher, over 5 years of work experience, overseas work experience or study is preferable.
  • Good relations with the media, insight into news affairs.
  • Good planning and organization and coordination skills.
  • Successful experience in large domestic/overseas PR projects.
  • Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.
15,16 Large-scale promotions specialist Executive
  • Under the age of 40, bachelor's degree or higher, over 5 years of work experience, overseas work experience or study is preferable.
  • Strong creative and cognitive abilities and business analysis, successful experiences in the field. 
  • Operational experience in large domestic/overseas exhibitions is preferable.
  • Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.

II. Recruitment Procedure

Applicants provide relevant materials in written form including CV and related certificates and other supporting documents.

The academic and management level of candidates will be assessed according to the findings of public and specialized institutions. The HR department will investigate applicant's political backgrounds and organizational abilities and will make a preliminary selection of qualified candidates.

The preliminary selected candidates will be interviewed and confirmation will follow as to who is to be appointed.
The final appointments will be decided by the World Expo Bureau.

Applications are due by 5pm on December 14, 2003.

World Expo Bureau is a public undertaking and operates according to the government's employment policy. People employed by public undertakings may maintain their government employee status.
