Successful experience in guiding large domestic/overseas construction projects. Strong planning ability and team spirit. Able to maintain efficient work under pressure. Engineering construction experience in large domestic/overseas exhibitions is preferable. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English. 23 Engineering Construction Intermediate Bachelor's degree or higher, Master's degree is preferable, over 3 years of engineering construction experience. Experience in large domestic/overseas construction projects. Strong planning ability and team spirit. Engineering construction experience in large domestic/overseas exhibitions is preferable. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English. II. Recruitment Procedure Applicants provide relevant materials in written form including CV and related certificates and other supporting documents. The academic and management level of candidates will be assessed according to the findings of public and specialized institutions. The HR department will investigate applicant's political backgrounds and organizational abilities and will make a preliminary selection of qualified candidates. The preliminary selected candidates will be interviewed and confirmation will follow as to who is to be appointed. The final appointments will be decided by the World Expo Bureau.
