24 Copywriter and editor Executive
  • Under the age of 40, bachelor's degree or higher, over 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Outstanding writing ability, copywriting management experience in large domestic/overseas exhibitions is preferable.
  • Extensive experience in government work reports and official document writing.
  • Skilled computer and peripheral operational abilities.
  • Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.
25 Copywriter and editor Intermediate
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, over 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Outstanding writing ability and government work report writing experience. 
  • Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.
  • Proficient in office automation.
26,27 OA Equipment Intermediate
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, over 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiar with network, telecommunication, and demos and operation and routine maintenance of other systems. 
  • Operational experience in large domestic/overseas exhibitions is preferable.
  • Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.
  • Skilled computer and peripheral operational abilities.
28 Personnel Training Executive
  • Under the age of 40, bachelor's degree or higher, over 5 years of work experience in large training institutions.
  • Familiar with training processes of specialized staff.
  • Training experience in large international exhibition companies or multinationals is preferable. 
  • Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.
29 Labor Wages Intermediate
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, over 5 years of payroll management experience in large enterprises and public undertakings.
  • Familiar with company labor wage policies.
  • Payroll managerial experience in large domestic/overseas exhibitions is preferable.
  • Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English.

II. Recruitment Procedure

Applicants provide relevant materials in written form including CV and related certificates and other supporting documents.

The academic and management level of candidates will be assessed according to the findings of public and specialized institutions. The HR department will investigate applicant's political backgrounds and organizational abilities and will make a preliminary selection of qualified candidates.

The preliminary selected candidates will be interviewed and confirmation will follow as to who is to be appointed.
The final appointments will be decided by the World Expo Bureau.

Applications are due by 5pm on December 14, 2003.

III. Management and Benefit

World Expo Bureau is a public undertaking and operates according to the government's employment policy. People employed by public undertakings may maintain their government employee status.
