As authorized by the World Expo 2010 Shanghai China Organizing Committee, the World Expo 2010 Shanghai Theme Song Solicitation & Collection Office, which is under the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Co-ordination, has decided to postpone the deadline for this year's submission of entries till 18:00 (Beijing Time) on November 14, 2004. There have also been some changes in the rules of submission. If there is any contradiction between the original rules and the amended ones, the amendments should be taken as the standard.
